Jonathan specializes in helping the world’s largest organizations achieve High Performance through Convergent Technology, Operating Model and business transformation. He is an Advisor and Thought Leader in large scale Systems Integration programs specialising at the intersection of Technology and Business.
He has experience in Trade, Sustainability and Supply Chain Management having worked with World Economic Forum (WEF) and attended Davos 2010 / 12 / 13. He is a strong supporter of equality in the workplace and in society. He is a diversity champion who describes himself as "fundamentally a feminist".
Jonathan is currently the Global Lead for Cognitive Process Re-engineering at IBM and has previously worked for EY and spent 17 years with Accenture. He has consulted across many industries including aerospace, telco, hi-tech, healthcare, retail and consumer good. Before life in Professional Services, Jonathan spent 5 years working for Exxon across multiple divisions.
Having helped grown the Accenture UK Consulting business, he moved to Asia to drive growth into the High Tech Consulting Business and the APAC Operations Practice, before leading the ASEAN Management Consulting business. He then spent 4 years setting up the EY APAC Advisory Center before moving to IBM to rebuild their global Process consulting business. He is currently based in NYC.
Jonathan has a 1st BEng Hons Degree in Engineering and is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation.
