    We have been discussing flexible work more each year for the last decade, but the events of 2020 have brought this discussion to the fore. 2020 was a year of change and attempting new ideas and approaches. SHRM and Zimyo came together to bring you a content-led Series called the “Hybrid Workplace 2025”, launched in January. The first season had three episodes underscoring the need for new tools, strategies and people practices for the workplace of the future.
